britteco.ie is operated by Britteco Ltd ("Britteco", "we", "us", "our"), registered in England & Wales, providing fuel and oil tank services to homeowners, farms and businesses across Ireland from our Dublin office at 13 Adelaide Road, Dublin, D02 P950.

2. Our Services

We provide fuel and oil tank installation, removal, cleaning, fuel removal, fuel filtering and transfer, and inspection and servicing to domestic, agricultural, commercial and industrial customers across Ireland. The specific scope of work for your job will be confirmed in your quote.

3. Quotes & Pricing

Quotes provided via our website, phone or email are free and without obligation. Prices are based on the information you provide and may be subject to change following an on-site assessment. Unless otherwise stated at the time, quotes are valid for a reasonable period from the date given.

4. Booking & Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled based on site access, urgency and customer availability. We will confirm a date and, where possible, a time window in advance. Safe access to the site and any tanks or equipment must be made available at the agreed time.

5. Payment

Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking or invoicing. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due on completion of the work.

6. Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We ask for reasonable notice where possible so we can offer the appointment slot to another customer.

7. Liability & Insurance

Britteco is fully insured and carries out all work in line with relevant safety and environmental standards, including OFTEC requirements. We take reasonable care in performing our services but do not accept liability for pre-existing damage or defects not caused by our work, except where required by law.
